Our client is in the business of providing integrated robotic process solutions for manufacturing and is now looking to recruit an additional proactive and experienced Service Engineer based in the Midlands to provide comprehensive support to their customers.
Within this role, you will maintain, service and repair robots, robotic systems and peripheral equipment whilst all the time ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered. With good communication skills, you will also provide technical assistance both by telephone and in person to customers and train them accordingly in operating, programming and maintaining techniques.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in servicing and maintaining industrial robots and robotic systems.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel frequently within the UK and occasionally abroad.
